I agree with this statement.
We create skill from continuously being committed to a craft.
It could be from practicing a few times a month (eg, Public Speaking) or may be from daily habits (reading, playing the piano).
The more we do something, the better we get at it.
Let's apply this to our comfort zone...
When I think of stepping outside of "my comfort zone", I think of an uncomfortable, icky feeling.
However this doesn't need to be the case!
The more we step outside of it, the better we get at that.
Does it mean that we are expanding our comfort zones? Yes.. but it doesn't stop there. We can continually expand them.
Is the goal to expand your comfort zone or to get into the habit of continually step outside of your comfort zone?
One could be perceived as limited, the other is a habit.
