Office Politics = Negotiation?
We've all worked with difficult people. 🤦♀️ That can often be the hardest part of our jobs!
It's frustrating at the time, however it also gives us great people skills we can use elsewhere.
It's great training ground for learning about people dynamics, communication, negotiation and more.
So we asked on a poll on the Her Future Moves Facebook Page:
Are "Office Politics" and "Negotiation" the same thing?
The overwhelming response so far has been "NO", that they are different.
