I'm a failure
I failed. It sucked. But you know what sucked more?
The way this feedback was delivered to me.
After feeling pretty crappy, I got excited about the lessons I just learned.
1) I'll be more cautious of how I deliver feedback.
2) I will try not to take other's (poor) delivery of feedback so personally.
Bonus: I hopefully won't make the same mistake again!
Yay for learning new things and recognising failure can be good and useful.
FYI - this video was recorded earlier this year and I'm posting it now :)
