Crappy Day = Crappy Week?
How often do you let a crappy day at work affect the rest of the week?🙄
I used to allow the frustrations of the previous day impact how I tackled the immediate task I was handling.
NOT COOL JEMMA.
Almost like yesterday's ghost 😱 haha.
I realise this was a nasty habit!
I'm certainly not perfect now, but I am more aware and actively try to begin every work task with a fresh happy mindset.
